"This company is a joke. Make sure whatever you want to order is in stock ready to ship otherwise good luck getting your product. Ordered before no problem. Decided to order again, and have been waiting for these taillights to ship for almost 230 days !! No ETA on shipping when you call and these clowns are still taking orders from their vendors.. get your priorities straight smh"

"This product is terrible. Bad wires leaking water. I have returned my headlights. I purchased them and car ID and sent them back to the manufacture Spider auto it is now been two weeks since I returned them and have not received a refund or replacement."

"Do not buy Spyder light products. As others have said, they will fail early (often shortly after the one year warranty). They look nice at first, but their build quality is very poor and unreliable. Do not waste your money. 1 year and 5 months after install and one LED has already stopped functioning. The truck sat parked for 6 months (in 2 month intervals), so the actual running time on these was very short as well."

"On August 5 2019 I bought 2 headlights for my 2014 Black Toyota Tacoma 4X4. On August 1 2021 I noticed that both headlights has condensation in both lights which our factory defective. I understand there I 1 year replacement if defectived. But you would since they have a great product. I'm a retired disabled Police Officer of 16 years of dedicated service you would think for the price I paid for these headlights last would last longer than 2 years I just barely could afford them being on socialsecuritydisability. I paid with installed headlights $ 349.99 with tax labor was $ 180.00 Total of $ 529.99. I can't keep affording this amount ever time there is a problem after the warranty expires if I did that I would go broke. There has to be a solution every time I turnaround I have to replace them, that would be totally ridiculous. If that's case these headlights would be then a very poor quality, and to me personally wouldn't be worth it. Having a 1 year warranty if there is a problem usually happens after the warranty ends, then your stucked with a worthless product and very broke. At this time would highly not recommend this product. All I to have them replaced plus the cost of labor that's all. And if doesn't happen then I will a company that would take care of the problem. I'm not very happy over this whole mess. You would think Spyder corporation could do something about my problem"

"Spyder Auto totally stands behind their products, when i had a resistor get damaged, i called, they got a new resistor to me for free in 2 days. everyone i spoke to was super helpful. love my Tail Lights !! thanks again Spyder Auto !!"
