"Alicia was an excellent hostess, providing an efficient solution to handling customer satisfaction when experiencing temporary technical difficulties. The input software was intermittent, so Alicia began working on the order while the software was down -- asking for details and offering appropriate suggestions. By the time the software recovered, the order was complete and perfect. Thank you, Alicia!"

"I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED at how my mother was handled at this location and I’m very disheartened as a former Starbucks partner to hear what is going on in the store! They are all thieves. My mother went in at 7 AM to order a croissant and a cup of tea, which was only seven dollars, Jacob was the one on the register when he gave himself A five dollar tip on my mother’s card!! My mom gave him her card to only be charged what she ordered however, after checking the receipt when she got home, she saw that he had gave himself a five dollar tip. This is outrageous to think that this store believes stealing is okay. If he’s doing this to her, he is very well doing this to other people and it needs to be dealt with ASAP before you get hit with the lawsuit for theft. When someone orders something you give them the opportunity to decide on whether or not, they wish to tip you, or at least that’s how it is done at my Store. She called the store immediately after finding this out and their shift lead for the day, Andy, was Of no help And seemingly did not care that one of his baristas on the floor with stealing money, which is very alarming. That tells me that he knows of this behavior and is used to it and will not be a part of the solution to correct it. Although he is only a supervisor, you should have enough integrity to lead an honest Team. You are now part of the problem. We are waiting to speak to their manager Preston however, higher action will be taken against this store. So for those reading this, just know your money is in danger of being stolen at the store, not from a random person on the street, but from the people inside."

"Bathrooms no longer open to public. All seats inside and outside have been removed (you can sit on storefront concrete wall barriers). When questioning staff, you are almost invited to another Starbucks, elsewhere. Amusingly, some senior regulars I noticed, unfolded their own portable seating chair and table setup inside. From what i observed, they can treat the locals this way and still have car and interior lines for service. We set on the wall."

"I understand they are busy but they need to get better at calling out names. They will pull out five drinks at once and not say anything at all. They just have people waiting for no reason but if they see a regular, they make sure they give them extra attention. Anyways, do better Starbucks!"

"Naara is an AMAZING barista, she had our drinks out before we had even walked to the pick up area! Her drink craftsmanship is spectacular. This is the best Starbucks drink I’ve had in a long time. Will come again just for Naara! My girlfriends drink was also delicious :)"
