"I’ve been to so many different Starbucks location in this 6 years but this location is the worst. Their paradise is so watery and not sweet even with the vanilla cold foam. Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino is also not as usual. It doesn’t have enough whipped cream and crunch. Every time we buy something here we ask them to remake our drinks…"

"Employee w big heart hoop earrings and dark hair shouldn’t be working here (we came in a at a 11:20 at on the 21st so you can indentify) So rude. Refused to take responsibility for making the wrong drink. We said very nicely that it was wrong and got a snippy backhanded response. Back and forth with her coworkers that we ordered wrong rather than saying okay I’ll remake. Learn how to take responsibility for your mistakes. Other employees were nice and handled well."

"First this location is way to small for the number of people here. Second it was very dirty and the staff didn’t really seem to care about it. Next while the drinks tasted great it took way too long. I used the mobile app so it was supposed to be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t. I had to wait in line at tell them I was a mobile order for them to start working on it and I then had to wait another 15 minutes to actually receive my order."

"This place is always packed and the baristas are OVERWHELMED. Starbucks needs to get their ish together and either hire people that can follow directions under stress. We ordered ahead in the app and the saved drinks went through incorrectly. It literally told them to make an iced matcha lemonade HOT what the heck. Totally bad experience I wanted my drink with oat milk and they gave me dairy. And I’m lactose intolerant. I wanted to change my drink but there was such a horrible clusterbuck that I just threw it out and eff it."
