"If you even don't have the option to by a hood, DO NOT buy from here. Here is my repair experience: The hood stops working randomly when I cook, and I called for repair two months ago. However, I was not in a rush for a repair so I called them a couple of days ago one more time to schedule the repair. They were fast and patient especially with Daniel. There were two assumptions based on their "professional experience": 1. the PC control panel might got overloaded and shot circuited; 2. the touch panel might not work properly if moisture goes inside. Solution: change the control panel first and see if it works; if it doesn't (which means control panel doesn't have problem I assume?), then change the touch panel. I agreed and paid for the labor and component. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work. I think it's the time to change the touch panel and get the old PC control panel back because it proves the control panel doesn't have problem. The tech came this morning, and I know this is a holiday, I appreciated for that. I asked some questions and concerns if I need to be charged for the control panel since it didn't seem like its problem. The tech got mad and threw his headlamp onto my kitchen table said I should trust them for the professional experience. I was confused, they are not professional by 1. they don't even know what's the root cause and they were trying for different components and I need to pay whatever they tried; 2. the tech should get well trained with the way he/she speaks and reacts because I felt threatened when he threw his equipment. I have all the video records in my camera and I have all the records when I talk to their customer services. The next step will be switch to a different brand and never talk to them again."
