"Come here daily for a chocolate cream cold brew. They used to make it right, but not anymore. Every time I ask them to make it again, it turns out the same. I'm not sure why the cold cream is so hard to make, but I literally showed the barista a photo of what it looks like when it's made correctly by the barista that knows me by my 1st name. So this morning was no different, I spend like $150 a month on coffee here, so I expect my drink to be correct. Today was the worst it's been, and I will show you photos of what it's supposed to look like vs. what it looked like this morning. When I'm telling the guy, he's just staring at me with a blank stare. Offered to make it a third time, but why?! You can't make it, right?!"
"They ignored in person customers, preferring to serve drive thru and mobile orders first. Then when they got to me they apologized. Then they delivered a slow sloppy sandwich. Other than that, better sofa seating than wood chairs, and more space than most Starbucks."
