"Price very good, quality soso. Amazon ENA/has this company on the listing. 3/8 had misfires were replaced with the originals. To give the benefit of the doubt, I replaced all good 16 Motorcraft plugs. Coil failures range from 1-2 misfires on a trip to undrivable/blinking light. A misfire makes this heavy truck jerk hard. Usually happens uphill. Mode $06 tells me the misfire coil (usually not enough to set a code). They do replace in warranty, but it is a PITA. I gave up, use my old ones with the boot. 3 failures in set of 8 are NOT OEM QUALITY, no way, that would never pass statistical quality control for an OEM like Denso or Ford. Ford would go broke with warranty claims and labor. At least the boots can be put on the old ones. Old ones were sparking. For Ford 6.2L. This engine deserves better! Not saying not to buy them, the good ones work very well. Would be happy to talk or send coils if they respond."

"I purchased a set of the ENA coils for my 4.7L Jeep in Oct, 2021. Less than a year after install one went out. They warranty replaced it with no issues and shipped it out fast. Now Jan 2023 another coil has failed. Staff tells me its out of warranty and will only order warehouse to send me a warranty replacement. I'm offering to pay for replacement, but they will only sell me set of 8, not one replacement. Dumb policy when you have a nice customer willing to pay for your failed product at just over a year in use. Also, vehicle is not a daily driver so gets very little mileage. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE FOLKS COIL PACKS! You get one star for replacing the first failed coil."

"Coil packs for my car have an appearance of high quality, nice packaging. Associate, Jose provided excellent service when I picked up the parts at Aceon-Bright in City of Industry,CA. PS. Works like a charm.. PPS. After a few weeks of running on the new coil packs, it is so smooth now, why didn't I do this before?.. So a word to the wise, if your car is running rough, this might be a low cost fix.."
