"The Worst Customer Service ( Edith as shown in this photo) was so rude and disrespectful to a senior citizen. Returning items to the store after Christmas was denied as she laughed and joked about it to her colleagues ( Yadi). Showing no professionalism on their part as a Best Buy employee…. I will never shop here again. Under trained and making gestures towards the seniors in the store is uncalled for and unacceptable. Shame on corporate for allowing this behavior to take place."

"Had an issue with my computer and took it into the Geek Squad. They hooked it up to their Internet service, lo and behold, no problem whereas I couldn't connect to the Internet at home. Took computer home and hooked everything back up and voila, it was working. Geek Squad is the best."

"Service is horrendous at this location but it must be because of the bait and switch tactics. Which it seems they profit from one way or another. After purchasing a discounted item, which is no longer there. Your either are persuaded in purchasing the non discounted item. Or get it refunded, which can take 3 to 5 days. Either way it seems to be the WORST BUY. So after boucing around from 3 different stores and no product. We are still out of well over a thousand dollars. Until they release our funds. So either way Best or Worst Buys makes money on the additional cost or accumulated interest on your refund. Nick the manager was about as much help as a flashlight without batteries. Make sure you get what you pay for. NOT WHAT THEY WANT TO SELL YOU."
