"This one needs more than one barista during the morning shift. The few times I come here, there is only one barista taking orders and making all the drinks. Management needs to staff more than one barista in the morning. The baristas have always been friendly and they do the best they can to manage all the drink orders. However, there is only so much that one person can handle. The last time I was there, there was a huge line and customers were becoming angry at the wait time and complaining about drinks, etc. It was totally unfair for the employee. I literally almost left because I felt bad she was so overloaded."

"Just visited 08/05 at 6:15pm. Worst service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks. Male barista annoyed to see us come in and had a bad attitude. I asked him if he was okay and he doubled down. The encounter made us very uncomfortable and we left without completing our order."

"I have a job interview at the Vons store this Starbucks in located in, and arrived just as the interviewer was going to lunch! So I stopped at the Starbucks, got a coffee and a hot breakfast sandwich. The staff of two was not unfriendly but not personality plus by any stretch of the imagination. I was the only one there and when my coffee was ready and I picked it up, I continued to wait for my sandwich. Instead of asking me why I was waiting on of the workers whispered (loudly) to the other, inquiring as to why I was still waiting. I piped up that I still hasn't received my sandwich. Nothing was said but I could see they had forgotten and started preparing it. It was ready rather quickly but it was the wrong sandwich. Close enough though. I just wanted to have a seat and check my email while waiting for the interviewer to get back from lunch. There is only one table with 3 chairs. At one point a woman asked to join me. Not a problem since I had the only seat. So in summarization, the product was good, the staff wasn't UNFRIENDLY , and one table. Three starts is being a bit generous. Let's see if I get the job!"

"Just visited this location at 5:10pm 5/15 and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Appalling level of unfriendliness from staff. Tried multiple times to ask about products but I couldn’t get two words out of an employee, let alone eye contact. No other customers, two employees on duty, and in addition to bad customer service...the drinks were undrinkable! (And I always order the same thing, for years). I didn’t want to go have them remake it so I walked to a Starbucks establishment and explained my case and they told me I wasn’t the first person to return drinks from that location."
