"It seems too many employees are doing nothing but running into each other. And you would think with more employees service would be better and faster but it's actually not. It seems longer to wait inside & drive thru. And that tip thing that pops on the card machine really erks me. It almost feels like I'm obligated to give a tip. Get rid of that."
