"Unfortunately my experience has been bad so far as of lately The lady that's in the early morning shift around 5 AM. Whenever I order something to make, for example, a bagel, she starts working on it, but as soon as customers come in, she leaves what she's doing as she goes attends customer instead of focusing on finishing my order. It's been twice that I wait for more than 30 minutes. Waiting for my bagels to be done and also with the same gloves that she's preparing my order, she grabs money of the customers. I'm just really upset I usually never say anything in person, but maybe if the owner could talk to her and explain that when she does an order, she has to focus on finishing that order first and not ggrabbing money and touching food. Mind you, she's very sweet and everything. But its just that issue, she doesn't focus on finishing one thing when she's already helping customers.."
