"I would give 0 stars if I could. Our fridge broke in the summer. It is now December and still not replaced. They do not follow up and I have had to call and email multiple times. I have had to jump through less hoops buying a house than I have trying to get this fridge replaced. If the location was not specifically outfitted with their appliances, I would replace with a different company altogether. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent and when you call their service number you are on hold for forever. I am currently on hold for over 15 minutes trying to get ahold of someone after they delivered the wrong sized fridge which took months to get even though they had the model number and dimensions of the fridge that needed to be replaced."

"Attitude big time... They have zero customer service understanding. Making an appointment was extremely difficult trying to hide behind Covid rules... Just for this reason I went with SubZero."

"I wish I could give 0 stars but they have the Worst customer service. For 6 months they haven’t fixed any of the problems I have with my appliances and no care to even speed up the process of taking care of a disappointed customer do not buy any gaggenau appliances all the workers are clueless and don’t care about customer service whatsoever. My freezer is making noises couple products came damaged the duct cover had a little dent in it they don’t even care to fix the problems and are blaming the installers while the gaggenau workers have been careless to even try to fix the situation. Juan and Nathan have done nothing but waste my time with nothing resolved."
