I was able to make an appointment via Facebook, which is very convenient considering that my English is beginner level. I was late because of the rain (but no one said anything bad about it). Mike met me and quickly told me everything and showed me everything. The guys are very clean and comfortable. Both in the guest area and in the garage. there is drinking water and a toilet (which is important if you, like me, came to clean the EGR system, because it is not quick), and the guys also treated me to pizza. I also asked for a full diagnosis and a smiling Richard came out several times and said what could be changed, repaired and how much it would cost.
