"Ordered the turkey, provolone & pesto on ciabatta for my birthday offer. It looks delicious in its website photo. However, what I received was nothing like the picture, except for the ciabatta bread. I received a sandwich with very little of any of the ingredients that come INSIDE the sandwich. It's so maddening when what you receive, looks NOTHING like what they advertise it is supposed to look like!"

"Very slow but it was busy so understandable. Had drive thru. Pay using app definitely very convenient and makes process faster. Love their dragonfruit lemonade, sooo good!"

"I love Starbucks I’m willing to pay the price to get my fix but when I received my order I was missing all food items and my drink didn’t have the extra cookie pieces witch I wouldn’t have even cared about if I had received my food. It’s just heat and serve food, just had to put it in the bag. Guess I need to stop ordering on door dash from Starbucks."

"I ordered an in - store pick up due to having work vehicle and not meeting drive thru requirements. When attempting to go inside the lobby to pick up ordered it was locked. I called and explained the situation to the employee and they told me that next time i do an order i need to bring a smaller car to go through the drive thru when specifically ordered to pick up in store. Very rude and bad service."

"Got a large hot chocolate. Was kinda expensive for $4.50ish. Didn't taste like hot chocolate. It had mocha shot and the chocolate wasn't very tasteful. Would have rather bought a box of instant and made some at home. But the cashier was nice and there wasn't any line when we went"
