"I made an order from them before checking on Google to see the reviews. After reading all the bad reviews I started to worry and assumed the worst. My order was $500 worth of suspension parts for my 2014 raptor. My order shipped when they said it would. When it arrived, all the parts were correct and OEM."
"This is concerning order CT54696437. I had placed this order on 12/25/23. At that time, it showed an expected delivery date of 12/29/23 to 1/2/24. I paid more money through this company based on the delivery date. As of 1/2, the order still showed in processing. I contacted the online chat for an update. I was told it was shipping that day and should be 3 to 5 days for delivery. I asked if the order could be expedited since it was already at the back end of the original expected due date. I was told it could not. I also received an email later that day confirming shipping. Today, 1/5, I checked again and the order still showed not picked up. I again went to the online chat and asked for an update. I was told it was picked up today but they couldn't provide an ETA. At this point, I'm not even sure if I believe it was picked up. But that is a moot point. I am in desperate need of this part. I cannot wait and see what happens. I tracked the part down at the local Toyota dealer. I again went to the online chat and asked for the order to be cancelled. They said it could not and I would have to call. I called and asked to speak to a manager. I explained what was happening and I needed the order cancelled. The manager ultimately explained they could not cancel the order. I provided funds in exchange for a part/service. I don't have the part (which is now beyond the original promised date). And the service has failed on two occasions. Whatever the reason for the failure, busy season, USPS being behind, it ultimately falls back on the company that made the promises. All the stuff in the middle is not pertinent. It is also noted on their website that if they cannot ship the part in three business days, they will send an update via email. 12/26 thru 12/29 were all business days. That's 4 business days. No notification was sent. 1/2 was the next business day and I reached out. Due to this blunder, I purchased the part elsewhere this morning 1/5 after they told me they couldn't provide an expected delivery date, as I am currently without a vehicle. I had hoped the company would provide an acceptable solution. As in having it expedited (as I suggested and asked). But it didn't happen. And additional work is being requested of me, the customer. I want a refund for this order. I do not want to go through an RMA process where I'm charged shipping and restocking fees, as this failure is on the company. I advised that if they would like to email me a return label, if/when it arrives, I can put it on and send it right back. As a side note, it has a tracking ID, you can contact USPS and have them redirect the order back to the original shipper if it was picked up already. However, how those things are handled is what customer service is all about. And this company has reacted poorly."
"Shady business practices !!! When I made any order from their website it shows they have the parts in stock, and that they will ship in 1 or 2 business days, this was not true for me. They were dishonest about what they had in stock, tricking me into buying. They did not provide the courier my order for 7 days!!! Then when you contact their customer service they have a particular trick they pulled on me 3 times in a row, which is to tell you your parts are shipping today and for you to wait an hour and you will get the tracking number via email, this is just to get you off the phone. They advertise they have live chat, however the 3 times I clicked the button to use it no one ever came on to help me, and no notice as to how long before a representative will be on to help you, I waited 10min each time. Very dishonest business practices!!!"
"I purchased a part (7L3Z-17683-AE) for my vehicle (2011 Ford F150) and it arrived broken. The part ordered is a driver side tow mirror. The glass in the mirror does not stay affixed to the housing upon receipt of the item. With a piece of glass that does not stay attached, the item is defective and unusable. FordPartsGiant also carries the replacement mirror that is the defective part. All they need to do is send that part and I can install the glass and it should work as intended. I reached out to the customer service group and after responding to their requests, they are refusing to honor a return because the part is not an exact match for my VIN. I am fully aware of that, and the higher trim model does accept that part number. Just because a VIN does not list a part as an exact match, does not mean it will not fit. I'm not even disputing that it doesn't fit... I'm trying to get my issue resoved because the item arrived broken/defective and unuseable. Not sure how that relates to the VIN fitment. I'm now stuck with a worthless $250+ part that I cannot use and the company will not rectify. I've asked them to send the replacement glass part as the first solution or a full replacement for the second solution. At this point I either want me money back or the replacement glass. I do not trust this company any further to not send me more defective parts."
"There website will mislead you into purchasing expensive parts that may not fit your car, then they will hit you with a twenty percent 'restocking' tax. I bought a $515 radiator that the website said would fit my truck. Over 2 months later and terrible coustmer service, I am out over $300 between shipping costs and 'restocking' tax and have nothing to show for it. I feel scammed. Don't trust this website!!! You've been warned."
