"FRAUD!! They charged me twice for the same order with no email confirmation or nothing. When I offered to return it they played games with me and spoke to their RMA returns manager Joe who reversed one of his colleges decision to return and refund the second order. Joe handled this situation like true sleaze!! We’ll see you in court you morons!!"

"Be very careful with this business. They sent me the wrong part in spite of providing them my VIN for my Pathfinder. I double checked with their website many times using my VIN to verify correct fit and they still got it wrong and sent me the wrong part. When I called them for replacement, after asking me to send them pictures of the correct part from my car and the part they sent me they kept responding saying electrical parts are not returnable. I didn't install the part because as soon as I opened the box I realized it is not the part I needed. After some back and forth to get a resolution and about a month waiting for the part before that, seeing that they have the BBB logo on their website, I filed a complaint with the BBB. They didn't even bother responding to the letter from the BBB. After another month of waiting, BBB contacted me stating they received no response from the business. Because of their incorrectly setup website selecting wrong parts, I am now stuck with a $162 paper weight. I believe the high customer satisfaction rating they show on their website is also a sham. It also looks like they use several business names using the same location."

"Do not buy any parts from this company. If the part is defective, they will refuse to honor any RMA or refunds because you opened the package. How is one supposed to determine if a part is defective if they can't open the package to see?"

"Ordered a part listed as IN STOCK. Five days later I received a notification my order was cancelled - "ordered part(s) have been discontinued (no longer available) and/or is backordered with no ETA date by the manufacture." I guess IN STOCK means something different to this company. Look elsewhere for your parts."

"Ordered module for truck and the website stated the replacement part number was correct but once I received the part it was incorrect. After contacting GM I tried to explain to the company that the website has the wrong updated part number and was told I was wrong. I requested to get a refund and had to go through a lengthy process for them to make a decision to return the part. After they agreed to the refund they informed me that there was a 20% restocking fee and the $95 in shipping I paid would not be refunded and I would need to pay for the return shipping. This is a terrible company to deal with…please shop elsewhere."
