"Went in Friday March 1st, it was quite the enjoyable experience. Sure it’s very different from what Chuck E. Cheese was 10-15 years ago but it certainly evolved in a good way. The facility’s at this location was clean. The staff was very polite, friendly, and very helpful, Miguel the Cashier helped us a lot when ordering, great hospitality service. I was however a little disappointed with some of the games, it seems some tend to break down a lot, pretty frustrating. I noticed although some games were working, some where in disrepair such as one ‘ice man’ which had it’s seats detached from the game. I almost fell backwards trying to sit down. Cris however, the one who i guess was running all the games was very apologetic and always there to help whenever something happened. There was plenty of seating with plenty of space for the kiddos to run around and enjoy themselves. Although the food is on the pricey side, I did find the pepperoni pizza to be very enjoyable and tasty. Overall great experience, I hope to return in the future."
"This location is great for kids birthday parties or just a day out of the house for family fun. The birthday party hosts and staff are very friendly and explain all information to you. Such as what you are paying for, what the charges come out to, and offer ways that you can save. They make your child feel special on their birthday, even when there are other parties going on as well. Their pizza is delicious, they have an open, all you can eat, salad bar (after a one time $13 purchase). Their fountain drink options are great as well. If you have been to this location before, but it has been a while, they also added a new trampoline cage. There are 5 trampolines in it. For $20/child ($10/child if during a booked party) your child can jump in the trampoline cage for the entire time of your visit and for as long as they’d like. They can also enter and exit as many times as they would like. The cost to jump included a risk band and jumper socks (like Sky Zone or Urban Air). I thought it was super smart for Chuck E Cheese to include this in their facility attractions. If I could say one thing that could improve is the front entrance staff. At least during our visit, the young woman who was stamping our hands, was not very friendly and welcoming. She had an attitude actually, and that was not cool to experience as we were entering the facility to have a good time with family and friends."
"Our most recent visit here was nice, the place is kinda hectic because of the little kiddos and parents trying to keep them from running off, but I have to say I really like there "Child Safety" program that only the child with matching numbers to the parent can take them out. The food and salad bar was nice and clean, the floor, tables and benches were good and it was nice everything was set very well for the party that we were attending. Overall the experience was nice, kids and the adults had a good time also playing a few of the with the 2hr unlimited game bracelet was Excellent and using the app got the kids some extra tickets Score! The songs for kids were kinda cheesy but fun and the Tornado ticket grab was neat and fun for the birthday boy. Only bad was it needs some extra ventilation because it can get kinda musty with so many bodies moving around the play area But Still Tons of Fun Thank you!"
"For $110 because a family of six can enjoy two pizzas, fries and breadsticks, as well as four beverages and 100 minute card, which can be shared by all the party, which equals out to be two hours of playtime"
"Wasn’t too busy. Used a coupon for 2 60 minute game passes that we shared. Kids had a blast and we won 700 tickets!"
