"I had my brakes worked on a year or so back on my 2018 Lexus ES 350 at this Pepboys and then a few weeks back my son pointed out that there was a strange rattling noise. I went there a week ago and Fred the person at the front was able to trace the car to the last repair which was not trivial as we had the license plates changed after a collision. They then found that there was something wrong with the brake calipers and they fixed it for almost free because of the warranty period. Later, Martha at the front desk who is also helpful called me as I had left a wheel lock at the store. I find the front desk folks are helpful and the mechanics behind are good at their job. And, oh yes, the brake noise has disappeared!"

"Amazing staff at this Location starting with the service manager Fred. He approached me, taking his time to listen to my issue with sincerity. Fred was extremely friendly and he makes you feel you are in good hands. Martha at the desk is very friendly and helpful. This location is very clean a lot of parking space to park your car and wait and the service was extremely fast. My issue was taken care of in less then 1 hour. One of the best shops in the valley, will definitely be coming back here again."
