"I bought an open box full motion T.V. mount from this location in September. Tried to at least get some sort of store credit being as I don't need the product anymore because we ended up using the same TV mount in home, just purchased a bigger T.V. Not only did I get denied, but the professionalism didn't exist in this store. The manager (or so she claimed)was extremely rude. I contacted customer service after I was denied by the ever so delightful "Meghan", and they ended up telling me she would find a manager, to telling me she couldn't find anyone, to hanging up the phone. I have never in my life bought a product from a store and been denied any type of compensation whether that be a full refund, store credit, etc, whatever it may be. All this experience has taught me is that Best Buy is not a good store, at all. Looking at their policies online now it shows that you have to purchase a membership to obtain a 60 day return policy. That's 50 dollars a year. The other membership costs 180 dollars and all it does is provide you the same (a 60 day return policy) and free 2 day shipping. Not only was it all this craziness, but just how awful their customer service was. I'll never go to Best Buy again, no matter how good of deals they think they offer. I just wish Fry's Electronics didn't go out of business. You could get better deals with less hassle and WAY better service. My suggestion would be to minimally go to a better location than this one."
