"Phone numbers disconnected you have no website sent me the wrong product"

"I had a GREAT experience with their customer service. I ordered a "Six Pack" one inch skewer set. Received 2 with 4 missing. Stolen on the way? Fell through the hole in the box? Who knows. I called them. The lady at the customer service was very calm and helpful. She promised to send me another package to replace those 4 within a week. I promptly received the package with 4 skewers within a week, as promised. Great job guys. Keep it up."

"I was shipped a broken fruit picking tool. I reached out to Unique Imports (aka Lavohome) who fulfilled my order as a Walmart.com Marketplace Seller, but my attempts to contact them by phone and emails were ignored. Upon further research I was able to find an alternate phone number for the company and made contact with an individual named “David” After texting him my order number and explaining that the item delivered was damaged, he said I would be refunded my money or the item would be replaced. (Note: I have never received an email response or confirmation call). After a couple of days, I still received no update on the matter so I texted David again and was informed that I would receive a refund. Several days later still no refund. I texted David that if I received no response, I would go up a level to handle the matter. Upon calling Walmart.com, I was instantly treated in a professional manner and a full refund was immediately processed. I was surprised that Lavohome/Unique Imports did not have better customer service. When I called the number on the invoice, I was always met with a “message machine is full” response for days, and my emails were never returned. Note, the invoice I received specifically stated that if there are were any problems, first contact them to allow them to address any concerns before leaving any review. I gave the company that opportunity. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again."

"Ordered item via Walmart ,Unique is their agent item or box arrived empty because of terrible packing, ( single piece of tape on inappropriate box) .Complained only to have it happen AGAIN."

"I would rate this company lower if possible. Had a return and they conveniently ignore my emails and even hang up on me until after the 30 day period was over, then got the “there’s nothing we can do” line. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone else, I was informed that there “is no manager”— in the entire company. Absolutely unbelievable."
