Two men standing toward the back area just chatting and not caring that the line was now outside the door! Why even be open ? Just close the doors already"

The other drink owner hadn't heard her order called either. This was my free drink for my previous orders, my first time trying this Starbucks and my last. Their drinks cost too much for poor taste and poor service."
