"When their donuts are fresh, they're about the best anywhere. Unfortunately, that's not very often. They turn on their "Hot Donuts" light, and they're not even making new donuts. It's very disappointing to expect hot, fresh donuts and getting almost-stale donuts instead. Worse yet, you'll pay $19 for a dozen plain (original glazed) donuts! I loved this Krispy Kreme when it first opened, but the quality of their donuts keep dropping while the price is shooting up way too high."

"I waited for over 15 minutes in the line before my order was taken. I was the only person in line. I finally had my order taken. I pulled up and waited another 10 minutes before someone came to the window. I was charged $44 for two dozen maple donuts. These are good donuts but not $44 good. These were also stale. Like day old stale. I have eaten three, and the rest are in the frig. No temptation to eat the rest. My days of craving Krispy Kremes are over. Day old donuts for $44 is bad bad business. They were not even good when heated. It took nearly three times as long to heat as usual. If I were offered free replacements, I would say "No thanks." It wouldn't be worth the drive. Good bye Krispy Kreme" you no longer have my business."

"First time visiting. This visit was on a Friday morning around 8am. I ordered online using Google 30minutes prior to my arrival. When I got there my order was not ready and I was surprised to see that the minis were available in store but not online. Since they have not filled my order yet I requested the minis which they did with no problem. Next time I won’t order online because their inventory in store is not the same as what they have online. I recommend in store visit."
