"Avoid. Some of the worst customer service I’ve had in a long long time buying all sorts of sports products on the internet. Tried to support a small business buying some bike shoes here. Shoes didn’t fit so I contacted them for an exchange. I was notified by their warehouse that the exchange product was reserved for me pending my return. As soon as I returned the product they called to tell me that the reserved shoes were no longer available…? Not to mention they had no sympathy whatsoever for the their error. All in all I paid $25 just to receive, and send back a pair of shoes. Avoid"

"I took the measurements and ordered according to their website, but the helmet I got was too small. I trusted "their" provided information, but they blame the factory, so why should "I" have to pay for return shipping to exchange it if I was lead to buy the wrong size? Aside from that, the experience was good"

"Be very careful before you decide to place any type of order for online delivery with these people. I ordered a basket rack for my wife's bike and it cost $70 and then shipping was an additional $20. I received it and realized it was purpose built for a very specific year of the bicycle and so it didn't fit. I reached out to them and asked how to return it and they said they would be perfectly happy to accept a return but they would not help with any type of shipping. Shipping for this box was $80. Needless to say, I just drove up and threw it away in a dumpster. Absolutely ridiculous that a company like this would sell online but not offer any type of free shipping for returns! I will never order from them again!"

"You might not think much of this place from the outside, but once you go in... Awesome layout, incredible variety of bikes and apparel, nice staff, willing to help. Ask for it, they got it; great deals and discounts. This IS the place to go in Paso if you're a bike-nut!"
