"The team here is very good, they take a lot of pride in making all the drinks. I get the chocolate cream cold brrw, and they make it absolutely perfect. There are a lot of other Starbucks in the area that don't make that one very good, it's always mixing and/or the cold foam doesn't have enough chocolate malt. I have made the Felton store my regular store now. Wish there was better parking. Lol."

"There is a young woman working here with dark hair who was talking about art with me today while she was making mine and my girlfriend's sandwiches and drinks. The Matcha and sandwiches were delicious and I really enjoyed speaking with this employee, so here's a 5 star review for awesome food, drinks, and this kind employee! "Looking for a good Starbucks in San Diego, one with a warm local vibe and a friendly outside "pedestrian" sitting area - try Normal Heights. This location has a nice community feel to it, a mix of friendly locals, some on the fly in / out - others moving slower with dogs and babies! Although typically busy, it never seems crowded inside the Lobby. Lots of windows to see outside. The ceiling has a nice high quality avant garde custom finish. Good tunes. Parking in the lot, or 2 hrs free on Adams. Two of the Baristas who always shine here with exceptional customer service and a friendly smile are Paola & Alexia. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail and retail courtesy make buying a Black Grande Pike - a special part of the morning. In the corporate world, these same attributes will assure them of business success wherever their work-journeys lead them..."
