"Website says store is open till 11;30pm. App let's you order for in store pick up, but they lock the door at 9:00pm. Do better Starbucks."
"My wife and I stepped in and ordered a mocha frappuccino, with extra chocolate and whipped cream. Problem we have is that there was hardly any chocolate flavor in the coffee whatsoever and to top it off the staff were playing the music so loud inside the facility that myself and others waiting to have their orders filled at the counter had to step outside. I found this highly inappropriate and not what I would expect to see at a Starbucks. I will not be going back to this location if I can help it."
