"Great ramen place in Escondido. It seems to be on the site of a former fast food restaurant since there's a drive through, but they've repurposed it well and use it now as a takeout for ramen :), very smart idea. The ramen is great, and the tempura is good. Waiters are very nice, and the food comes pretty quick. Would recommend!"
"Rainy day so I decided on ramen for dinner. I arrived around 5:30 and by the time I left all tables were full. I really enjoyed my black garlic ramen with an appetizer order of brussel sprouts. The tea egg was perfection. I ordered an additional half egg to take with my leftovers..."
"Its a tiny little place with pretty good food. We got some sushi rolls and tempura and will definitely be back for more of that. The parking was a little weird in the back but I think that was mostly cause people drive weird. Inexpensive and tasty, just the way we like it. Only issues were - it smelled a little like grease in there and we were just maybe a tad too close to people sitting next to us. Will just get it to go next time. Problem solved."
"The food was super delicious. Got the chicken katsu with garlic noodles, super yummy. The staff was really friendly, and the music was in good taste. It really reminded me of when I lived out in Japan, and let me think back on it again! I'll definitely try to come back!"
"First of all, it’s not expensive at all. I am in love with Asian food and have tried tons of Asian cuisine restaurants. Japanese is my favorite but I always think twice before going to a Japanese restaurant due to its expensiveness. One $ rate is rare for Japanese food and I was doubtful about its quality. But I was totally convinced since I first entered the door, the restaurant looked so clean, simple and modern designs with very impressive service and the food is definitely delicious and the price is very reasonable."
