I asked for a tall latte with two pumps cinnamon dolce. She told me that was a cinnamon dolce latte and rang me up for one. I explained I didnt want that, I didnt want the whipped cream and cinnamon but she refused to change it. So I paid an extra dollar for toppings I didnt get and bad customer service based on poor Starbucks barista knowledge (speaking as a former Starbucks barista)."
