"This review is for the manager Joe! I came in today and left with a Venti drink didn't seem to be as full as I'm used to. I called to see if I could run back to have it remade and he immediately said no problem. I got a little pushback from one of the employees saying she could just add more ice, but he came out and had such a friendly and positive attitude! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! I greatly appreciate it!"

"Left another cafe to come here because the WiFi is reliable. Drinks were good as usual, staff was friendly and it is a decent location. I’d recommend checking this Starbucks out. It also has a drive through if you need to grab coffee on the go"

"I come here pretty often, and I never really have any problems. I had their brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, and it was very disappointing. All I could taste was oatmilk . And very minimal brown sugar. I should’ve asked to get my drink roommate. But just a note for next time."

"DO NOT go there!!! Terrible customer service!! mediocre food and drinks!!! Did mobile ordered and walk-in to pick up the order because long drive-thru line. One of the lady greeted me and asked for the name. Found my food order on the counter and handed to me. No drink was handed to me. She mentioned “so-and-so is here. Mobile order.” I stood there for a good 5+ minutes and still no drink while the people who came after me got theirs. I had to go up and ask while the frappucino was sitting on the counter behind melting! Total negligence!!! Long drive-thru lines at 11:50AM Very limited parking because of some on-going construction."
