"Will never enter another Starbuck shop. The most disgusting bathroom ever! And the service was just as bad. Went in yesterday for a cup of coffee. While my family waited in line, I waited for the restroom to become available. I went in after an old woman and the bathroom reeked, god-awful. By the time I came out, my family was still waiting in line and had not been greeted. Did not order anything. As we were leaving, my husband informed me that as he waited, an employee came in and started talking to the cashier and continued to talk instead of helping him."
"This store let me use the restroom since Mitsuwa’s was “closed,” Staples’ was “closed” and Nishiki had a huge line. I needed to actually use the restroom but also to put my Invisalign in and i always need to rinse it as well as my mouth after i eat bc it feels nasty to not do so. I have had a day and a half and i must have looked like a complete lunatic but they allowed me to go. THANK YOU so much."
