"I want to start by saying that mistakes happens and this is the first time I went through something like this at Starbucks. I was at this location yesterday, ordered venti caramel macchiato with “almond milk” because I am lactose intolerant. The drink was made with regular milk because now I am home with upset stomach and not able to sleep. Again not hating anyone but please be more careful, you don’t know how one mistake can affect other people."

"We ordered some drinks and food and they forgot one drink out the gate. Got home and realized they also did not give us our cake pop. We called in to let them know about the cake pop and spoke to Amalia. She had the most inappropriate attitude. Before we even finished explaining the situation she interrupted and let us know that she wasn’t even there but “go ahead”. She then told us that “Well, it happens. Nothing I can do about it now.” I understand people can have a bad day but Amalia needs to learn to not let her personal life impact her interaction with customers."
