"Prepaid order and when I got there they did not have my gluten free bagels. They tried to get me to sub another bagel which I did not want. Clerk walked away and showed up with manager who suggested I take something else. I wanted gluten free and he reluctantly said he would refund the gf bagels but couldn’t do it right away. That was 3 weeks ago and still no refund."

"I liked going here since its convenient, but I won't be going back again. Sitting in their restaurant, my daughter asked 'What kind of bug is that?' and turned to see a cockroach in the middle of the day go across the booth and then slip between a crack. Take care of the infestation please."
