"Insane experience. Trapped between cars in the drive through spilling out into the street blocking traffic for over 40 minutes. This should be illegal. Either figure it out close up shop because you can't detain customers. One day someone will have a medical emergency and ambulance wont be able to get to them. Filing a police report next time."

"If you do mobile order, be prepared to wait in line in your car. Unfortunately, it is drive thru only. I wish they could bring out your order at the door so you don't have to wait but that's not the case. This needs to be changed and have a better pick up method for those that do mobile order. Or place a message in the starbucks app of this situation so people have a heads up and order somewhere else. I really hope they take this into consideration."
