"Not only are they slow and unorganized when I order in store , but removing half of their menu or the something as simple as option to select oatmilk from Doordash on weekends is pretty ridiculous . This is why other local coffee shops have been earning my business lately"
"just went there with my boyfriend to get a drink and a cake pop… the barista working there was the sweetest girl ever. I think her name was Jackie (since that was the name on my drink). She made the experience really nice and was very kind to me from beginning to end. I interacted with her for probably less than five minutes but I could just tell she was making customers happy for her entire shift."
"Accessibility: they have accessible/disabled parking spots in front of the building as well as a ramp to get onto the sidewalk. The door to enter is a pull door (a little heavy). There is a restroom inside with a code (ask the employees for the code). There are accessible tables and moveable chairs inside and a few outside. Experience: I love this Starbucks. All of the employees are so kind and welcoming, the drinks taste great, and they had a cute board up today where you can write your own positive message on a sticky note and stick it on the board for others to read. I thought this was a cute, fun thing for all who come inside to see."
