"The more specific you are about how you like your food and drink...the better the experience you'll likely have. Think on it for a minute. Do you like your Frappachino gritty...or more creamy...double blended perhaps. A lot of whipped cream...or just a little as well as perhaps only a little drizzle? Usually you can have a better outcome the more specific you are about the results you're looking for"
"The staff wasn't very friendly at the time for some reason, There energy was really low in the middle of the day. It seemed like they were upset/irritated and fixing my order was going to be a problem, every other Starbucks has no problem fixing my order without a hestiation so it was very unexpected. Overall staff wasn't very nice, kinda rude, and felt like they were cardboard boxes with no personality. Very disappointment in this Starbucks."
