"I rarely go to Starbucks because it's so expensive. I decided to splurge today, and I'm so disappointed! My drink is so watered down that I think I paid for more water than coffee. What a waste of hard earned money!"

"Chestnut praline creme through the drive thru. Disappointing that I paid over $6.00 for a venti and got the amount of a grande. Also, no whip cream or topping. Edit: in response to your comment... when I go through the drive thru it's because I don't have time to go inside. I was already a decent distance away by the time I realized it was so empty, and did not have time to go back through and have them make me a new drink. This was the only way to express frustration and warn others that may be in a similar situation."

"You just have to come here for good coffee, more recently there is Christmas coffee, especially the Peppermint Hot Chocolate, Caramel Brulée Chréme and Chestnut Praline Chréme which I like very much at the moment."

"I came in and ordered something a tad unconventional as I've made it up over the years into something I enjoy. My order was taken and I camped out to work on my laptop. About an hour later I went up to get a refill (you can with iced tea if on the same visit) and my order was remembered with every detail! I was pleasantly surprised and it was delicious as always. This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to. Edit: Still my fave!"
