"To be clear, I rated this place at 5 stars 2 years ago. It used to be friendly and welcoming without the pushy salespeople. It was a mix of fun exploration into new tech and helpful salespeople when you need them. NOW it’s like you walk past 5 people to your section, turn around and it’s a total ghost town. I walked into this specific store one night at the LAST second admittedly and they let me run to grab what I wanted and I ran to the front, no issues. But then I was standing and waiting while everyone BOLTED out the door. It was like a military TikTok of people heading out the door. I get it! It’s the night shift and people want out, that’s not my issue. My issue is with this one employee who shut me down on the spot when I walked up to the customer service desk asking to exchange a laptop I had bought not 3 hours prior. It was open box and was missing screws, so like any sane person I took it back to exchange for another one. So he looked at it and immediately said he couldn’t take it due missing said screws. I stood in silence and agreed, repeated myself and he repeated himself again. It was a really weird twilight zone moment where it was clear he wanted to get out of the building rather than take the extra 5 minutes to type it out on an order return note. Again, I love Best Buy, but the HUGE downturn in staff kindness alone is staggering. Come on guys, we need ONE electronics store out there…"

"Honestly my go to spot for any electronic I would need right a way or any collectibles that I'd like to go get with my son. Mainly his switch games ,football and pokémon cards. Service is great, always welcoming. Their always there to help without an attitude for sure."

"Lots of products. But buyer beware! We went to buy a refrigerator and not only was there a $200 price difference for the unit itself but they hit us with appx $500 in extra fees for delivery and takeaway as well as parts and warranty. The price tag out the door was over $2400. We went to Home Depot and received all of the same services plus the unit for just over $1800."

"They have fewer employees now than in the past. But those folks seem to know their stuff. I spent more than I planned, but got a good quality Dell all-in-one with bells and whistles. I'm about as happy as I can be until we get a new President. (That's one vote my niece would like to have back.)"
