"Worst customer service from Vons and the Starbucks inside. Apparently when leaving for a lunch Vons doesn't require Starbucks to out a sign out saying be back or out to lunch. Just let's customers wait and wait. Then when asking Vons staff after standing in line they informed myself and another customer that was already waiting 10 minutes, that the barista is on lunch! Leave a sigh up saying no service for at least such and such time. How ride for staff to tell us to just wait that's it. Horrible customer service"
