"I picked up a mobile order at about 7:20am this morning. I went to the drive thru and said hello and smiled. The manager said nothing to me. I didn't think anything of it since she was probably pretty busy. But then I asked for syrup and she rolled her eyes and threw it in my bag that I had in my hand. I was shocked at how rude she was."
"I ordered a regular burger and this is what I received. No patty, how does that make it out the door? Edit: I called the store and let them know what happened and they admitted to me they knew it and one of the managers grabbed that for me with the knowledge that there was no meat in it. They said it was for a separate order and the manager said “she’ll just call”. Unbelievable"
