"I have been in customer service all my life and love it. I also like to acknowledge and share the great customer service experiences I come across or I am given. I have been to a Starbucks maybe 3 times total. I know REALLY!!! Yes really. I’m 65 and can count on 1 hand the number of times I’ve been to Starbucks. I’m not a huge coffee or tea drinker but I saw a special on the Albertson’s Store App for any Grande beverage. I decided to give it a try. Anjalea greeted me. I mentioned hadn’t used the Albertsons app for something like this before. She helped me with that. I mentioned what I was looking for, she asked a couple of questions regarding my preferences then says “I got You”. “ It’s one of my favorites”. She had a co-worker with her and I am so sorry I didn’t get her name. They were both extremely friendly, helpful and spot on for the drink I was looking for on this very hot day. Kudos to both these ladies. I felt welcomed, and the Paradise Drink that was suggested and then expertly made - well AWESOME !!! Doesn’t begin to describe it. Thank you and a big shout out to these ladies that gave me a great experience while at the Marron Rd Starbucks inside the Albertsons store. My UPS box is in same shopping center and I will be stopping in and ordering the Paradise Drink now. Take care, warm wishes and keep doing what your doing. Thank Again to Anjelea and her team mate. "I would be embarrassed if I were the manager of this location. We went in at 8am this morning and when we went to order they had maybe 5 food items remaining and then when asked for a mango dragonfruit refresher, they had no fruit for it either. I heard other people trying to place orders and they were out of stuff for their drinks as well. You would think they would realize people may want to buy beverages and food over the weekend and be prepared for that. I would give a zero is possible"

"The barista this morning was nice enough to remake my drink. I always get shy to ask but she was very sweet about it. She didn't make the drink herself but didn't hesitate."

"Both the young gentleman & woman that have served me there in the evenings are AWESOME & SO POLITE! I usually want 1/2 decaf & since they don't brew decaf at night they create a 1/2 decaf Americana for me. When I requested the same thing at the Starbucks on Emerald in Vista they were quite rude & acted like it was a big inconvenience! I will never frequent that Starbucks again & will stick to the one on Marron Road in Albertsons. Much NICER ATMOSPHERE & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
