"...A new impersonal & cold layout from Starbucks , mostly for drive thru. The inside has no table , chairs or power points ( just a thin tall stand only @ table ) ...It's very difficult to get the right blend of cream & sugar in your coffee ( if they put it in & you can't do it yourself ) ...The amount of Plastic & waste generated by Starbucks items without biodegradable alternatives is appalling !"
"Says it's open but refuse to open doors at 630 when they say they will. Also with 6 people working they had us four customers wait 15 mins before getting to us. Then when I finally received my coffee it was Luke warm."
"15 minutes for a hot coffee and iced tea. We also purchased $35 tumbler. 1 other customer in store, 4 employees behind counter. Tea was missing an ingredient. When we were finally acknowledged, turns out they were 'out'. (Not a big deal) Cashier stated, "it's not my fault." Extremely POOR service given to out of town visitors. I have been in many Starbucks, in many states. This was the worst!!! I would not recommend going to this Starbucks location. We drove slightly farther the next day for our drinks. Coffee and tea were great, as usual!"
