"Kimo’s shared my personal and cc information with others resulting in fraudulent unauthorized charges that I had to have undone through my credit card company, they were completely unresponsive and it all started with the purchase of a washer that broke and a “repair person” they sent who looked at it for literally less than a minute and then said he was going to check for the part in his truck and just wandered away and never returned. Just all around terrible experience at every level."
"Had a problem with my washer and went to Kimo’s Appliance. James was amazing so friendly and helpful. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place."

"Had a great experience with Kimo’s! I got an awesome fridge for a good price. 5 months later we’re still very happy with our purchase. The owner James is a stand up guy, I kept sending idiots to pick up my fridge for delivery. James agreed to hold the fridge till I could find reputable professional movers, and even offered to help deliver himself when we had our apartment movers present (two flights of stairs here). Couldn’t recommend them enough!"
