"we ordered a couple of drinks and while waiting, i wanted to use the bathroom... the guy at the counter said bathroom is closed. however, there is no reason why it should be closed. 5:30 pm 16 Aug 2023. And while I was sitting outside, They let another person use it and they did not even order anything. This place used to be nice and friendly, now it sucks."

"to start off, baristas nice as always. they are not the problem. been going here for about 2 years now. its near multiple schools and lots of people from school come here as a meeting place. the new remodel has absolutely no seating or outlets. i would regularly come here to study, as many of my peers did. there were a few things (putting uncomfortable seating near about half of the outlets, instead of uncomfortable seating away from outlets) but overall i liked it. the new remodel takes all of that away. not only are there no outlets (?!) there is also no seating. there is a library just a few minutes away, i would recommend going there instead. please no more remodels like this, people love coffee shops for a reason. there is absolutely no reason to come here. there is a vons with a starbucks inside right next door. i would think it would be good for delivery, but not a hangout spot."

"Quick, friendly, went the extra mile to make my daughter chocolate milk “just like mommies” Wheel chair accessible, stroller friendly, large seating area for working with group or friends, outside patio, restrooms, WiFi etc. All the typical things of a a Starbucks, easy to get to location."
