"Going inside is closed for remodeling, but you won't know that until you drive past the drive thru line, park and walk up to their door. So, then you get back in the car, after 3 more cars have already shown up inthe drive thru lane, and so it takes you even longer. Burger King is notorious for sloppy prep, and the burgers and chicken sandwich we got were all cold and a mess. It's probably the worst fast food chain of them all from my limited perspective."

"Will I have a problem with 2 whoppers? And one drink $25 at Oceanside Burger King. I think you guys are ripping me off. What are drag and y'all suck just saying, and I tried to get ahold of the store try to get ahold of corporate guess what no one answers. Problem problem with my people, 911 problem with my people. Good luck never going to your store. Ever never, ever again in the sad thing is. I actually like your hamburger, but you no longer get my business. Cause you're ripped me off"

"Well, this location is usually good, but this morning I placed an online order and drove there from south side of town (due to lack of other BKs) and got there at 6:30 am, when they say it opens at 6, to find it not open. Now I can understand they're remodeling and all, but they shouldn't be accepting orders if there's no one to actually make the food."

"Made three trips in an attempt to get my correct order, never received my correct order. Employee refused refund, manager would not present himself. In the end received 5 fries and 5 tiny onion rings for my lunch on thr third trip. Employee argued with me."

"The customer service, whoppers, and chicken fries here are good, a large whopper meal here is kinda pricey. I had to pay $10.49 for it. The deals are alright but if you want to get a heap meal that can fill you up then don't go here. McDonald's has better and cheaper deals than here and In n Out is more convenient and cheaper than Burger King. The soda machine is alright. I was kinda expecting them to have the Coca Cola freestyle machines(the ones that they have at Jack in the box). There is one good thing as well. That is you get free wifi when you go there, something you don't get when you're in other restaurants for the most part."
