"I had a terrible experience with Culver City Volvo’s service department. I ordered a new key for my car and they made a mistake with the programming so that my original key stopped working. I had to go back to the shop and waste another day to get it fixed. The service department was not very helpful or friendly. They did not admit their error or apologize for the inconvenience. They also questioned my honesty and did not listen to my feedback. I was not happy with their service and attitude. I do not think this dealer values their customers’ time and money. They need to improve their customer service and quality of work."
