"This Starbucks (#22277) has friendly service, however, it's hard to keep track of all the baristas since the faces are always changing. If Brandon (manager) or Eric are around you're in luck since you're sure to receive exemplary care. If Elliot is behind the register ask him to sing you a song and he might look at you funny at first but usually obliges. The drinks are the usual fair and there are often samples ready for the taking while swiping your card when paying. Only 4 stars were given since the internet is terrible and gets worse in the afternoon for some reason no matter how many people are there. Also, there is just one speaker so the accoustics are uneven and the air conditioner is constantly being adjusted since it doesn't operate quite right either. The outside seating has recently been downgraded since the comfortable couches were taken away and only older tables and chairs are available. There is entertainment on Thursdays from 2-5 and is quite engaging. If you're serious about exotic and rare coffees ask Brandon for a coffee cupping since he is known for a talented palet and the coffee knowledge to go along with the tasting."
