"Incompetent workers, I’ve been there so many times, came in to buy power steering, I had my backpack with me and they were accusing me of stealing?? the black dude was cursing me, he has an attitude , he pretty much told me he wanted to fight me l was like what?? They should be consequences for that, wow just wanted to pay and leave but he keep antagonizing me,I ask for the manager and they refused!! I can’t believe it!! people like that should be working there! I’m so disappointed! NEVER COMING BACK, PEOOLE BE AWARE!"
"Unhelpful and incompetent employees that don’t understand good customer service or simple business. Been here twice on separate occasions where we’ve been turned away but another store had no issues in helping. One of the times we needed to return a product but they told me to go to the original store. Another store told us that what we were told was not true and actually attempted to help us. We ended up expanding for the right item and getting additional ones. Second occasion where they told me they couldn’t price match and only price matched auto stores. This is also not true. I ended up going to another store who price matched and ended up spending more money. Turning a customer away over a legitimate $4 price match to make $0 makes very little sense. Again not very business savvy."
"Always get good service, prices are okay, and also great that you can shop online and pick up directly in store. Parking lot is shared by a couple restaurants but have never had a problem finding a spot."
"So glad Google helped me find the unique garage remote battery here (A27). They are soooo nice and even put the battery in the remote for me. I see they have other items and will be going to this location from now on. This was way better than buying the battery on Amazon or at Target. You have to do everything yourself. I appreciate the help and fast service. I never knew an autozone was in this area. I always go near San Vicente. Yay! It's also next to Fat Sal's. Great location for helpful service and a sandwich nearby. Ohh and the man working here is helping a lady figure out the part for her car next to me in the parking lot. This is so nice. I like auto businesses with great service for all."
"My battery wasn’t working last night and this morning and when I came to check it, it was smoking. The manager picked me out a new battery and installed himself. Great work from the manager John C."
