"I visited this outlet a few times during my stay in San Diego. There was an event at the Convention Center, so this store was busy during my visits. It's a small space with a few tables inside and outside the store. I tried the Spinach wrap, Vanilla Bean, Double chocolate chip Frappuccino, Hot Chocolate, and Chai Tea Latte from here. The staff got my orders right, so I enjoyed it all. They were courteous during my trips to the store. While waiting to pick up my order, it was nice to see a few staff work together to deliver an order quickly. One of the staff called out my name with the correct pronunciation for the first time in the U.S. So, that was nice! Thanks to all the staff at this store who made my Starbucks experience an enjoyable one!"

"It’s a small Starbucks in the city. I’m staying downtown and this was the closest Starbucks to me. Service was good. I asked for a custom drink and they did a good creating it."

"Serviceable, purely functional dispensary of namesake coffee. Small space not conducive to lingering or hanging out, nor designed to, but pleasant staff. Typical downtown parking & traffic issues but convenient to the Hard Rock."

"They simply cheat on clients. Ordered large Matcha Tea and paid for it. What I received was 4 sips of the tea and huuuuge amount of ice to fill the cup instead of the tea. $5 for the ice is a robery. A large bag of an ice at a gas station costs much less. It's a shame Dtarbucks!"

"On the heart of Gaslamp best place to get your coffee. Clean but a lil messy outside. Is on the corner of Hard Rock Hotel. Across the convention center. Steps away from the trolley. Limited parking, so enough walk will be necessary. Tourists location & place to rock hard. Use the app to earn rewards point & become a gold member."
