"The omelet was delicious! I had a side of fluffy pancakes. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. What a wonderful place to eat. I don't go often enough."

"Just not a good value. I spent 28.57 for just one order of omelette plus toast. Yeah, the omelette doesn't come with toast. There is no substitution either. Although they forgot to serve the hash brown, they can't just waive it. So at the end I had either to walk away and pay what I didn't get, or had to have hash brown to go... Just a weird charging system. Other than that, the toast was greasy but it didn't taste like butter. It just tasted like some kind of old grease from their cooking gradle... I used to like IHOP when I was a student, but now... maybe not after this... I mean, I can find a much better place to spend $30+ (with tips) for an omelette."

"Service is seriously lackluster. I know it's an IHOP, but I expected more. I was waiting at the door in 50° weather for 13 minutes before I was able to get someone's attention and remind them to open the restaurant. It was my soon-to-be server. I was obviously cold and needing a hot cup of coffee, but the server refused to acknowledge his tardiness in opening the restaurant. So I said "getting a late start?" And nothing! No response! I genuinely thought a free cup of coffee would have been an excellent way to make me forget the whole snafu, but no, Marcileno couldn't be bothered to be a decent human being at 7:13AM on Black Friday, 2023. Too bad. I'll stick with Denny's right next door. Also, and this has nothing to do with the soulless service, don't order the Bourbon Jam Eggs Benedict, it's terrible."

"DON't COME HERE!!! After waiting 40 minutes the food was cold and the milkshake was warm. My burger had pink inside of it and it was cold. My girlfriend's roasted turkey was cold and the gravy was a watery clear soup. The only warm item was the plate they served my food in. To add on top of all that it was $54. If you're a tourist or want to eat here, just eat somewhere else because you're not going to finish the food anyways."

"The waffles were cold as well as the bacon and sausage. The eggs were barely edible even adding a pound of salt and pepper. Ana was ok. felt like we were waiting forever for things. And I over heard issues with the table next to us not receiving things they ordered or checking out was complicated. Long wait to even get a table to begin with with many open tables. Will not return"
