"Worst birthday drink experience. Drive thru folks were rude and kept trying to upcharge me for adding shots and not wanting ice or room in my "free" drink. I'm sure it was just a few new staff or a miscommunication which I'm fine with but adding rude attitudes is a no. I used to work at Starbucks so it saddens me to see the state of this location."

"This is about the 5th or 6th time. The quality/taste of my coffee is horrible. I've tried the same selections of drinks from other locations and they're pretty similar EXCEPT this location. They were pretty busy when I arrived but sometime eventually helped me and the customer service was fine. I'm not trying to be that guy but this has happened on more than one occasion. I'm sorry/ not sorry... I have never left there satisfied with the quality of the coffee. The taste is just downright BAD. Pouring it down the drain. It's that bad. I've tried. Just my opinion. I'll just avoid this one for good."
"Location on Clairemont Mesa Blvd, I'm a regular at the drive thru before going to work. The best customer service ever. Always a long line but it goes very quickly because of their awesome teamwork. I am always greeted with a friendly smile."
