Dutch Bros Coffee

"Walk up window style with a two lane drive thru. Small menu you when you walk up to the window on the left (picture below) . Best advice use the app to look up the menu because they have a lot more drinks than displayed on the menu at the window. Service was alright. Be sure to speak up they do have music bumping outside. Which gives it a chill environment. They items didn't really look like they do on the app (but usually they never do ). Drinks are super sweet, so keep that in mind if you don't like your drinks super sweet . The drinks were ok . The wait time wasn't too bad. Little over 10 minutes on a Friday a little bit after 4pm.I did walk up and order. The drive thru was packed . The prices are not bad. A large og gummybear (lemonade) and a medium shark attack (redbull) was 10.66 they were ok . I'll give it a couple more tries to try some of the other drinks. Maybe they will be better.. the jelly doughnut was really good"

"Despite the long line of cars, they had the best pupachino for our dog's. They even came with a small dog biscuit. The mocha drink I had was pretty tasty as well. It looks like they have quite a large menu of drinks and take some time to review before ordering."

"So I drive 30 minutes to takes my kids to their favorite coffee place arrive at 10:20 only to be told by a working at 10:50 that if your not at the window by 11pm your just out of luck. Take it I waited for 40 minutes in a line that they didn’t even take order or the order menu . This is a slap in the face to a loyal customer I have visited dutch bros all across the pacific north west, west coast, and Arizona. I mean I’m not a fan of Starbucks but even they wouldn’t do something like this. It’s called customer service Beaumont dutch bros. Last time here. Ridiculous and straight up rude service . And the thing is there was like 10 cars in the drive through including a CHP car. Maybe he needed that coffee to stay awake while he work to keep us safe on the highway. Shane on you Dutch bros !!"
