"Went for thanksgiving and the food was good. The turkey dinner my girlfriend has was full of bones and not much meat at all. She was very disappointed. But they were super busy so we were not going to complain. I got the prime rib and it was good It wasn't the servers fault. Maybe better luck next time."
"This review is specifically for Thanksgiving lunch. This was some of the best Thanksgiving food I ever ate. People ordered different things but generally turkey, ham, and salmon. Everyone said it was delicious. There was so much food we took 5 boxes home for dinner later. Update 11/23. We have decided to make dinner here our Thanksgiving tradition. Once again the food was absolutely outstanding. Service was a bit slow but honestly it was expected given the large amount of people there."
"Always a fun time and full belly at Big (and little) McLintocks! The atmosphere is like being at the family ranch, very friendly and festive. They have a large bar area, often with live tunes, if that's your scene. It's always fun having someone from your group get blind folded water poured on their heads! Might get a little wet, haha, unless they're a real pro! Most of us usually get a steak because that is our favorite, but their other dishes are also just as tasty. And their beans are definitely one of my favorite items! The crew is always nice and ready to serve. Great ocean views from the window seats, a lot of fun stuffed animals that the kids always get a kick out of. And if you don't have a reservation or feel like going to the Big one, they have 2 other locations, one in the Village of AG and one in downtown SLO, cheers!!"
"This restaurant is so Fantastic! I've been many times with my family in the past 30 years and I've been by myself. Even when I went by myself for dinner - they gave me a wonderful seat right next to the windows with the most gorgeous view. I was very impressed! The food is always amazing - the bacon wrapped filet mignon is by far my favorite. The atmosphere is fun and festive and the service is perfect! The entire restaurant is handicap accessible as well - so it's perfect for all generations."
